Villa Rizzardi – Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our olive groves located in Pojega and Calcarole Estates in Negrar in Valpolicella, yield a meagre, yet robust 15 quintals per hectare.
The extra virgin olive oil Villa Rizzardi is harvested by hand and produced from the following olive varietals: Leccino, Frantoio and Grignano.
The resulting oil is viscose, perfumed, with earthy aromas.
We recommend this oil to be drizzled over grilled artichokes, cold meats or vegetable based salads such as fresh tomato and basil.
Packaged in 500 mL bottle.
